Welcome Good Hope Families!

It is an honor to introduce myself as the Principal of Good Hope Elementary School! This is my 16th year as an educator and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to serve this amazing community!I am proud to be a part of the dedicated Mustang staff. Our teaching staff consists of highly qualified educators who collaborate as a Professional Learning Community to ensure the academic and social growth of every child as we prepare our students to be college and career-ready.  Our classified staff is equally dedicated to your child’s success, and we are so excited to have so many caring adults on our campus. We remain committed to ensuring that our students and families feel welcome and supported, and we will keep you updated with frequent communication every step of the way via ParentSquare.

We will continue to implement AVID Elementary and will be providing students the opportunity to work collaboratively and think both critically and creatively.  Technology, and the use of Chromebooks continues to grow as it is incorporated into our daily lessons.

Student achievement will always be a top priority! We will accomplish this through our learning focus areas and by continuing to have a safe and welcoming environment for our students. We will celebrate the successes we have and strive to grow each day. Attendance plays a huge role when it comes to student achievement. We want every student to receive the education they deserve and we can accomplish this by working together to ensure your child is in school, on time, every day.

A great way to become involved is to join our amazing parent volunteer group “C.H.A.M.P.S.” Good Hope C.H.A.M.P.S. are “Committed to Honoring And Motivating Parents and Students,” and plays a very active role in supporting our students, staff, parents, and our school.  We will continue to hold monthly “Coffee with the Principal” meetings, where I encourage our parents to ask questions, provide feedback, and learn about the wonderful curriculum and instruction that is taking place at our school. Ultimately, we believe that a strong home-school connection is vital to student success.  Please come by the office to find out about the volunteer requirements or look up the information under our parent tab on Good Hope Elementary School's website.

Thank you for entrusting us with your child’s safety and education. It is our greatest honor!
